52 - eat well, hardly any crap, take protein extras, only have carbs when im going to exercise, drink loads of water, drink alcohol on occasion, but thats due to job proximity. I run 25-50 miles a month, i have started lifting in the gym, though i hate it, but can see the benefits, drink 2-3 cups coffee on the morning, do fasting in intervals. Exercise most every day - i feel movement is fundamental to your health. I do have reading glasses, but they aren't totally essential, Im of the opnion glasses teach your eyes to be lazy, or in effect, make them worse. Though obvs some folks need them out of necessity.
I take supplements, creatine, NAC, magnesium, Vit d, Vit B12, Vit K2, take black seed oil (recommend to anyone, though its not the tastiest tbh), and mct oil - couple of teaspoons on alternate days. Am considered fit as a butchers dog and probs look ten years younger than i am, have full head of gingerness also!!
So it's not all bad, but aging does defo suck balls big time!!
