Season tickets arrived but people can’t download on Android any tips?

My lad got our season tickets today, Village st, both in his name
He forwarded the email to me from his iphone to my Samsung so i added both to my Google wallet and hes got both on his iphone wallet as well

Just got my Village St this week. Can't go to the first game so wanting to send my tickets to a mate using the guest invite option. Just thinking there's no issue sending both- ie me as host not being present?

There shouldn't be because, if they're managed like all other tickets, on the portal and where you transfer tickets, you can select tickets under your control.

I have three STs under my account, and I can just move one for example, including my own.

This might help

I've just downloaded my season ticket to Google Wallet - when I click on the ticket, it has the Brighton game day/time displayed, much like when I've bought tickets for single matches in the past. Will I have to re-download it to the wallet ahead of every game, then?

Ours say the same mate. I think it just updates with the next match on the ticket.

No need to update anything yourself. After the Brighton game it will say Villa instead.

What a palaver this ticketing system is now.

The fact that you require a Forever Blue membership to even accept a ticket off a person in your network is a joke in itself... but the system is so slow to update your account with any recent activity that it makes the process just needlessly painful full stop.

What a way to create issues for older fans and fans with young children. Sincerely hope that the club does a much better job at streamlining this whole process going forward...

Digital world is a nightmare. One glitch and its screwed. Then you cant get an answer as its too busy as no staff!

Interested in this. Have you sent them?
Did you keep your " normal" st? If so , can you see both in your wallet?

One day those of you who are young enough will look back on this digital fiasco and laugh. It isn't funny now though.
Many years ago I threw my father's first ever plastic credit card into the back of the fire. He just could not grasp how it was supposed to work. "Do you mean I can go in a shop, show the card and come out with a new pair of pants without paying any money?"

I can see its benefits but those that push it dont see the negatives.
One big negative is it often fails!
Another big negative is that its ruined my hobby of ticket collecting!
