Yes he can receive a ticket from you if you are not attending. However in this instance when you buy your ticket in the FB+ window you’ll only be able to buy one per membership. Best to wait until the standard FB window opens and buy 2 together, you’ll need to have his membership number in your friends and family list. You can then assign to his account at point of purchase.

Thanks, I did this for the Roma game, I had a ticket originally, but I didn't purchase it, I thought I would wait until the general sale......... neither of us got tickets

Apparently you can go on auto cup scheme have to register before 4 pm tomorrow
