Fair, but he wasn't even starting all the games for the worst squad in the league last year.
Believe the manager they sacked, come out and said it was a mistake not playing him at the start of the season, as he was trying to protect him and he did go onto play / start a lot of game.

Mate he's rapid and he's an absolute terror, proper yard dog winger in the Mané or Kvara mould (in terms of aggression off the ball)

Of all the things to beat him with, this ain't it.

As with all young players the end product can be called into question, but let's see how his decision making improves in a better side and when he can trust his team mates

Hes nothing like Mane.

Just for arguements sake, below are Dibbling vs McNeil's stats at the same age when he was at Burnley. Would you pay £40mill for McNeil?

For the moment 🤔

That first sentence gives it away. He knows that the lad is leaving. It's really just a question of which day of this window , and for how much.
Let's hope that he is worth it. Looks great in all the clips that I've seen , but have never watched a full game that he's played in , so can't really comment.

You are looking at it the wrong way. The manager's first language is not English. He is basically saying that as of today he is a Southampton player. What will be more telling is if he plays or not at the weekend. If he doesn't play at all, then yeah just a matter of time. But if he plays, even 5 minutes, then clearly they are quite happy to keep him as obviously every minutes he plays he could end up injured.

So he has to deliver this season
I think this attitude is the thing that concerned me most when we were linked at the price.
Over the years Evertonians have become increasingly impatient with young players .
Perhaps it happens at other grounds but I’ve never noticed it .
As a set of supporters we can be notably impressive , noisy , humorous and passionate and supportive to the players .
We can also be sullen, snarly , bad tempered and extremely hostile to the players.
If Dibling does arrive I hope he encounters the former rather than the latter .
