It's really frustrating, that our scouts, can't seem to do, what other mid table, or championship clubs do, & do it at ease!!
Then we & other premier league clubs are paying extortionate amounts of money to aquire these players!
...Here's a thought, poach the recruitment guy's from the championship, who are identifying these guys for cheap prices & see how we do?
