A perpetual cycle of my own fault getting 5-6 hours per night. Never enough
And in the dinner break at work, a bloke I worked with in an office would regularly eat his sandwiches then put feet up on desk and have a 20 min kip and knew when to wake up!!, said it would refresh him for afternoon, I would just feel sick and sluggish.People who nap on trains, can't understand how they can do it.
Try magnesium glycinate or whatever it's called! It really does work for better sleep! We all know that you're supposed to have about eight hours of uninterrupted sleep so you don't feel crap the following day. Is this true for you ? Do you wish you could sleep a longer/shorter time ?
I often wish I could sleep longer than my usual 6 hours or so, and when I do I feel markedly more sprightly. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be any rhyme nor reason why this happens. What are your remedies for the eternal problem of, first trying to get to sleep, and secondly, getting a decent night's kip ?
I used to work with a fella we called dangerous Dave, he actually fell asleep once on a 5 minute drive to our yard… problem was he was driving at the time …. And that I swear to you is a true storyAnd in the dinner break at work, a bloke I worked with in an office would regularly eat his sandwiches then put feet up on desk and have a 20 min kip and knew when to wake up!!, said it would refresh him for afternoon, I would just feel sick and sluggish.
