Why? I don’t understand this and never have. On match days when people are sat in them, you won’t see it so what’s the point? The only time it’ll be visible, is when it’s empty. Why do people want to look at an empty stadium?

Looks better, drone shots from above on sky etc before stadium fills rather than just blue seats. Otherwise why have blue seats just have any colour seat as when people are sat in them you won't see them anyway haha

I must admit, I was a little confused myself. You said first that you both grabbed a pint, then said you grabbed two and handed one to the second person (both entered on the same card/tailgated) I'd be really interested to know how that was handled by the system depending on what actually happened.

If I could be tailgated and charged for what that person picks up/carries out, then I absolutely wont be using the pass through system. The fact that you can be tailgated is in itself a worry.

Thing is my Son followed me through I picked up 2 pints and passed one to him on the way out. Because you have to exit through a turnstile, I don't know what I've actually done wrong, I've never used that system before, the Girl on the turnstile never stopped my Son following me in and to my knowledge there is no sign saying you can't follow someone in. So I've found out tonight you can not tailgate.

Im not sure anybody has accused you of doing anything wrong (if they have, I've missed it) but the two situations can be quite telling on the reliability and capability of the system.

If you picked up two pints and handed one to your Son and you were charged for both, that would make me much more comfortable with the technology than if your son followed you in and picked up a pint that you were subsequently charged for.

I think the thing is here it wasnt a criticism of your actions, but rather that you may have inadvertently exposed a potential issue.

I was tempted to use it myself on Saturday.. But I opted for the Ebar instead, as it had no queue

The issue I raised was people following in people who tagged their card.

He was saying he got charged the correct amount because his son followed him in, who grabbed a pint.

He thinks the process is fine if this is the case.

People were following others in including the person I was with who got out drinks, but got charged more as someone else followed them in.
