I’m still waiting for three I can see them in my Everton app do I need the email to put them on Apple wallet.
Season tickets arrived but people can’t download on Android any tips?

Only last seasons ticket is showing on the app for me. I’m going to give it until early next week. If nothing then I’ll chase it up.

Went to the box office at Goodison today to see about a forwarded ticket which i couldn’t access. The lady said they are updating there software and it should be available to use later in the week

I have 3 Season tickets on my Android phone. I also had 3 for Roma. Having been to 1st test event I took the phone out of its wallet as that was thought to be the reason NFC didn't work. The QR code did though.

You should be able to add to your Apple wallet from the app
I can only see the 3 season tickets I have purchased there is no option to add to wallet or download.
Phoned them before and they sent link over while I was on the phone mate

Just had an email back basically saying because I have used digital tickets in the past,(I did for the first test event)they would not be issuing me with season cards,I have them downloaded to my phone but it doesn't have NFC which they say you need,not being techy anyone think it will still work on Android?

Are you sure it doesn't have NFC? Might just be disabled in the settings by default?
I've just had the same response to my application for a physical ticket as @Dario Terracotta above. It said:
"Based on the information reviewed, we are unable to approve your application on this occasion. Our records show that your account has previously been able to access matches using a digital ticket, and we have not identified any barriers that would prevent you from continuing to do so in future."
This is completely wrong though. I've defo never used a digital ticket to go to a game. Always had a physical season ticket. So I've challenged it.

No it deffo hasn't got it mate,I've looked at specifications,a number of motorola phones are listed as not having NFC.
I'd challenge it then if I was you. They can't make you buy a new phone when you've already payed for the ticket.
