Yes and it’s hugely counter intuitive to there previous stance. It’s either a blag or amateur hour down on the south coast!

That's entirely unpossible, so we've been told by numerous transfer experts who said "just pay the price."

The chances of doing this are still there and have probably increased but I hope it doesn't go down to the wire as in that scenario we might well end up with nobody.

Maybe the club feel they can get a Fatawu or Hutchinson or someone from abroad who’s on our radar late in the window. I’d hate us to move on and then late in widow he goes to palace after they sell Eze.
We were in a similar position with Gibbs white, he wanted to come and wolves were playing hardball, we moved on to other targets and then he signs for Forest

I know how poor the whole team has been mate - the fact remains that he's been one of our better players and deserves some respect.

No, he isn't Salah - he doesn't have that pace which is going to be something which can be a get out of jail free card, he's effectively a young Grealish on the opposite side of the pitch.

All about how you set up, but full backs are going to be really important if we have both him and Grealish in wide areas. It can work, but not with Mykolenko and O'Brien as the overlapping full backs

Yeah, I get the Grealish comparison, but Grealish at 19 was on another planet to Dibling.

To me, he's just been massively overhyped by pundits to condescend to Southampton fans for the awful season they were having.
