4 Days in on the overcharging at the Grab and Go and no reply from Everton yet . I was originally told the overcharging was a standard thing put on everyone entering the Grab and go. Well I did not get charged a standard fee I just got charged for buying things that I did not buy . If this is not resolved I won’t be buying anything from that place again .
Do you recall anything untoward with your purchase, ie were you tailgated by some random fan etc, did you pick up anything else and then return it etc?
Hope thy get back to asap. If it was a credit card, you can always initiate a charge back - in fact tell them that’s your intention if they’ve not replied in a reasonable time as they will want to avoid that as it’s both a pain and expense for them I’ve been led to believe.
A charge back or write a letter informing you will give seven working days or, after that, you will take them to the small claims court.
You have to show reasonable attempts to obtain the sum prior to the court, so keep everything written down as evidence.

How is this remotely an issue? One typeface for the company name and an separate impact font for trailing word. It's pretty standard advertising practice. People genuinely baffle me with the things they choose to criticise, unreal!

Yeah, queuing for gate 2 in the North Stand the smell was pretty grim. Once inside the ground, didn’t smell anything.
You would hope so but surely it would have been done by now if it was happening?
Anyone in the North Stand upper last weekend confirm which floors the lifts operate between.

Not sure if they just run between level 2 and 3.
My arl fella is on the first row of upper bit of the stand so just trying to clarify his access route…. Had both his knees replaced so minimal stairs hopefully
