Let's just get this one done. Ndaiye, Grealish, Dibling and Dewsbury-Hall...DCL must be seething that he left Everton for Leeds. Perhaps he thought Newcastle would sign him up as their Wilson replacement...tough times.

I’m sorry how are Southampton making US an offer  “Take it or leave it lads” sorry lads, the ultimatum is supposed to come from our end you know?
Maybe they want the money and looking at teams elsewhere who they thought may come calling and those trams being linked with other players they might be just starting to panic

I wonder how much less per week Leeds have offered than our original renewal offer...? Anyhow, that line up of Ndaiye, Grealish, Dibling (hopefully) and KDH has to have our centre forwards getting excited. Certainly plenty of chances in that forward line.

This reminds me of being at Turgutries market.

The missus wanted a bag, they said it was 5000 YTL, I said I'd give them 500 YTL. They immediately went to 3000 YTL, so I went up to 750 YTL. They said they simply cant go below 2000 YTL.

So I walked away as it didnt match my valuation of the product. I walked off, and sure enough as I walked around the market, the seller found me and said OK, let's do 1000 YTL, hand over now and call it quits.

So I gave him the cash and he handed me a black bag that ended up containing a completely different bag than what we had haggled over. He'd gone by the time I'd figured it out. The bag I got was on his shelf for 1200 YTL.

Moral of the story, there is always movement on both sides of a negotiation, usually more toward the buying party if the seller wants to sell. And, if the value in you getting the right one is high enough, recognise their lower limits or else you might end up with lower quality in the long run.

Also, dont trust a Turkish market seller, but not sure thats relevent...

So basically make sure we check the name on the transfer sheet before signing?

I’m fed up with this RW nonsense. Kubo doesn’t want to come , Fofana doesn’t want to come, the Leicester guy who knows. We seem to think Dibling WANTS to come . Just pay the 50m and the sell clause (as long as it’s profit on sale). Do it for god sake so we can move on.

Maybe they sorted out his replacement before he goes.

Maybe Grealish signing pushed Dibling into trying to force the move more.

Maybe Everton and Southampton and the plater have been ironing out terms quietly whilst we have been moaning on the Internet.

Whatever it may be, I hope to be welcoming him to the club soon.
