Went to the bakers next to my office to pick up on of the sausage and egg muffins they’ve been spouting about on insta only to be told they’re not doing them.
Never mind I thought, I’ll be getting one of their limited run hot fried chicken biscuits for lunch, then spotted the menu and they’re no doing them today either.
Got in the office (empty handed) and went to make my morning drink only for the milk whisk thing I have to come lose and spay my shirt with the drink I was making (MUD:WTR - contains tumeric) which left me looking like I’d been stood behind someone with explosive diarrhoea
Looked up the nearest place to grab a polo tee and there’s a load of Charles Twyritt places near me, check their prices £56 for a bandit polo tee

Nipped to Sports Direct and got a Slazenger one for £9.99

It's been a while since I've had such a long sleep. Maybe it's the heat that makes you feel tired ?

I find the heat keeps me awake, I slept on a leather sofa the night before because of a spider in bedroom so only managed a couple of hours sleep, I was probably very tired. I find the heat ykupsets my arthritis more though

Off to Spain tomorrow so on holiday mode in work. Did an hour of graft earlier but I'm done for the day now.
