That is so different from the usual club interviews. It had the predictable leading questions but his answers were thoughtful and genuine. You can really see the difference in the levels of maturity to the younger players, hopefully he'll be a good influence on them.

I've always liked grealish, I'm sure he can add a lot to your team. Great signing. The transfer session starts looking good for a team that was battling to avoid relegation til January/February. I don't think grealish would have agreed a move to wolves, Fulham or other sides like those. It shows Everton is perceived as a team that is strongly underperforming and I agree. Everton must always be a top 6/7 team. If it doesn't happen, then it means there's some serious mismanagement going on. From there to the top 4 is another business, but top 6-7 should be the bare minimum each year.

He might be right, but good lord.

Does he ever enjoy a game of football? The hyper-analysis of evrry aspect of Grealish game, must mean he does it for every player.

Let the lad do his talking on the pitch and if him having a pint doesn't impact his performances, then boss.
