Not sure what to make of this interview. The city bloke seems to imply that Jack is a drunkard who will never be available to play for us. Never really heard of his celebratory exploits interfering with his playing.

He's certainly got some profile like...

I've always liked grealish, I'm sure he can add a lot to your team. Great signing. The transfer session starts looking good for a team that was battling to avoid relegation til January/February. I don't think grealish would have agreed a move to wolves, Fulham or other sides like those. It shows Everton is perceived as a team that is strongly underperforming and I agree. Everton must always be a top 6/7 team. If it doesn't happen, then it means there's some serious mismanagement going on. From there to the top 4 is another business, but top 6-7 should be the bare minimum each year.
What did you think of the new stadium?

Thing is, I wasn't excited about Lineker. Great finisher for the year he hung about but, meh.
I grew up idolising Bob Latchford so I wasn't easily impressed.
Before my time Latchford mate but I remember signing Lineker and thinking we'd be unstoppable for the next 4-5 years with him up top.

He might be right, but good lord.

Does he ever enjoy a game of football? The hyper-analysis of evrry aspect of Grealish game, must mean he does it for every player.

Let the lad do his talking on the pitch and if him having a pint doesn't impact his performances, then boss.

Pretty odd analysis that. He’s 29 yrs old, TWENTY NINE!! Gueye is 36 and walked away with out player of the season last year. This age nonsense needs to be put to bed. Lad will be fit as a fiddle, whether he loses a ball or not. You’re looking for issues that simply don’t exist. Lads an unbelievable signing for us at a prime age, where his experience will be invaluable to some of the

Don"t think Pep, being one if not the best Manager in the world agrees with you!
