New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Did anyone get overcharged in the Grab and Go . I got a pie cost £6-30p and have been charged £12-40p I’ve raised this with Everton awaiting reply ! Three days in and it’s come out of my account so has this happened to anyone else ?

I was wondering about this.

The amount of people "following" others through the barriers without scanning their cards/phones was crazy.

I know the technology is meant to be brilliant and its all camera controlled in someway but I did wonder at the time if people could feasibly be charged for stuff they didn't pick up and also could/would the cameras be used to identify those who didn't scan.

It was the Through Pass in the NE corner of the upper tier and there was just a single person at the barrier who I think was mainly there to explain how it worked and not to police it. There were no stewards anywhere to be seen.

If you complain and it’s found people have gone through without scanning and, importantly, taken something charged to you, they’ll have their STs revoked.

It really isn’t worth blues robbing because they’ll only moan when they get a ban.

The technology is foolproof, it looks at what shirt you're wearing and as long as no one else behind you is wearing the same one, it totals exactly what you take.
