Don’t worry, all it will take is Nathan Pattersons hernia not to be a hernia and him back in the squad and he’ll soon be back to boiling frogs alive for a hobby.

I do worry how long its going to take for that pinged ball on the ground to the centre circle that he did numerous times yesterday backfires.
I actually don't mind it.
At least you can see it's something they're working on in training.
But only works if it sticks to CF (not like Chelsea away).
If CF gets touch right and there's third man running, it's dangerous.

I thought he was great the other day. Looking to go forward all the time but finding nothing in front of him. I reckon that him and Grealish could really get a partnership going and get at teams.

Watched him closely on Saturday and seen glimpses of him alongside Gana.
Him being the Pivot and Gana doing what he does best putting the fires out.

Heard people saying he'd be doing Doucoures job , I don't see that at all.
That system will change imo.
He will be the creative Pivot to supply the likes of Ndiaye, Grealish and the new right winger.
Obviously joining the attack as moves develop .
He could be our best signing this summer.

This is where I dont see a role for Douglas Luiz although we always need options.

Can we see him sitting deeper as a box to box with the G man ahead in the 10?

Gana really needs help and a decent understudy in his position for his aging legs.

Why are you laughing? The disrespect McNeil gets on here is staggering. Grealish for City, 157 games, 17 goals, 23 assists. McNeil for us, 103 games, 15 goals, 18 assists. So he’s two goals and five assists behind Grealish having played 54 games fewer.

Factor in Grealish has played in the most free scoring team in the league with world class goalscorers, compared to McNeil who has played in one of the most defensive sides in the league in recent years who couldn’t score in a brothel, and who’s stats are the more impressive?

Since Grealish is clearly a far superior player to Dwight as demonstrated perhaps the correct conclusion is that stats don't tell the entire story. Do you players like Iniesta, Xavi and Zidane can be reduced to stats? They probably fair quite poorly to a player like Lampard but they were an absolute different class of player.
