New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Off Topic
Just been warned (by the mods presumably) to keep this on topic, but given the topic is in relation to what football strips you are actually allowed to wear in our stadium, given this women was turned away, it would be interesting to know who made the decision and on what basis.

To me its a bit weird (if not bordering on attention seeking) to wear another teams strip to a game, but in my section alone on Saturday I saw a Sporting CP strip and a guy with some German strip on...in fact now I think about it his crochet trousers were far more offensive than a Palestine Football strip. Point is it is not an accident that that particular strip is banned and all others are fine.

Need say no more on the matter.

I’ve emailed Everton about my intention to wear the same to the game next season. Will report back.

Hmm.

Trying to send my Brighton ticket to my Grandson, but every time I do my daughter gets an email talking about membership.

He has a membership, im just not sure if its the right 1, tried ringing the box office today and spoke to some women who clearly didnt have a clue.

But she said system is down, try again Wednesday, utter shocking service.

Mods can you please block these political nutters?

We try and give everyone a chance - 2 have been suspended as a consequence of receiving repeated warnings for off topic posts, even after I reminded.

Our request is very reasonable - no politics on what is an Everton forum. We just don't have it for reasons well documented, so people need to respect that.

There were a few very disappointing aspects to that experience on Saturday. I wont bore you with them because they are probably largely the same as everyone elses.

One positive seemed to be the removal of the ridiculous player tunnel. Why did they even bother with that?

Moshiri being lauded as some sort of hero by some was horrific as well. He should have been receiving a lynching rather than heroes welcome.

What was weird on Saturday was hearing the tannoy booming out in the South Stand.

After spending decades in the St End with very little tannoy there, I was almost covering my ears! :)
