Leics still potentially have the PSR vultures circling above them. Might mean they have to consider sales they wouldn't normally want to entertain, particularly if we get in the ear of the lad. They have cleared some wages though with the sale of Ndidi already and the goalkeeper seemingly off for a decent fee too.

Leicester very much tied up by financial issues and at risk of losing points due to PSR are they not? Strong whispers they are on a ‘need to sell to buy’, so if Everton put on our big boy pants, we would get this lad on our terms.

Yeah it's vague to say the least. Just says they like him. But that must extend to 50 or 60 players over the whole summer.
 

Do Leicester need the money? Can see them being equally reluctant to sell as Southampton. Chasing instant PL return, key attacker, little time to replace etc. Also, don't they hate us because we had the absolute cheek to not get relegated?
