I've never particularly rated him, but it's also impossible to argue he doesn't massively lift our squad.

I also haven't seen that much of him. If the comparisons to James Rodriguez are accurate, then I'm looking forward to watching him.

Think it's fair to say that his natural game was somewhat stifled by Pep at City, hence why he hasn't really kicked on for them. Still a cracking player on his day when allowed a bit of freedom to do his thing.

If he's motivated... This is a fantastic signing - Grealish and Dewsbury-Hall are next level signings to what we've been used to of late.

Exciting, the fee sounds a massive roll of the dice. I can see the scepticism in some quarters but I for one like we're going for it. If he can get us 4/5 positions up the league and into say the conference league it'd kinda pay for itself.

Everyone in here who has kids needs to buy all 3 kits with his name on to cover it as well

I must admit I haven't seen much of him either.

I watch either us or a game from one of the European leagues.

James was something else really so if Grealish comes close to that and stays fit we are in for a massive boost.
