He binned his representatives off a couple of months ago and went back with his previous agents. Presumably he has now also binned those off as well? He needs to keep his signing on costs down and he’s obviously been poorly advised/represented by agents looking to get the best financial deal for themselves while a 28 year old is left in career limbo. He will get a club as the transfer window drags on.

I wonder if we see the alleged £150k per week come down to a more sensible number now.

The lad couldn't be happy with his wages to injury ratio, he just had to get big time on little old Everton and demand money he just isn't worth. It's all gone wrong for him. He must have thought he'd have his pick of the big clubs.

Don't know if he's going to be happy with the wages he gets but he's got Newcastle written all over him for me.

Sadly it will end badly because he was on north of £100k+ a week and now he isn't getting that cash.

I think he has missed out on very good moves and sadly the greed has taken over.

It’ll turn out he’s been talking to FC United.

Makes you wonder how much interest he’s actually had, haven’t really seen any solid rumours for him yet and certainly not from the big hitters he seemed to be expecting.

I know things can change pretty fast and there’s still plenty of time left for a club to suddenly come in for him but it’s not looking quite as rosey as he anticipated this summer.
