Confirmed Signing Jack Grealish

His displays over the last two seasons suggest he is not the player he was when City bought him—— Ali was a different kettle of fish, he hadn’t played well for Spurs long before Everton made that ridiculous deal to bring him here.
The notion that Grealish has fallen off is laughable. Our best players would struggle to make the squad for Manchester City, not only because of depth of quality but because of the nature of how some managers freeze out players, favor system over player, manage development, etc. Just because Grealish is underutilized doesn't mean he's lost anything.

Just in the last year, Grealish averaged a higher rate of goal involvements than any Everton player aside from McNeil, who shocked the world with his efficiency and effectiveness. Dwight ends up in the top 10 if you run numbers for goal involvements against starts, and Grealish is 20 or 21. Even if he were on the decline, his decline is better than anything we've had in a loan player, and he'll bring instant quality, goal involvement, options and competition.

Has he?
Or has he been outcast and told he's not part of any plans and been tossing it off for ages?
I bet you a shilling that if turns up here, he will be overweight and won't play until November at the earliest.
He looked ok with a private trainer early July then on his hols a couple of weeks ago. Am sure that’s a very healthy smoothie.

Well if Grealish brings instant quality, goal involvement, options and competition consistently then he will be welcomed with open arms by nearly every Everton fan if you can guarantee that!

He's never looked overweight and you don't get dem calfs without hard work...

wouldn't be surprised if the drunkeness is him being a massive lightweight 😆

Do people really think that the version of Jack Grealish that 'might' arrive here, to be our highest paid player ever, will be the one that played for Villa in 2022 before that mad, Elton John fan slaphead reduced his confidence to rubble?
He won't have kicked a ball in anger in ages, been told he's not wanted, been psychologically broken, be unfit and need until about December to get up to speed and then one of his legs will fall off....and there are fools saying "gem" and "game changer"?
15m for a seasons loan for a player that City can't wait to get rid of who will hardly be fit for purpose for most of the time we have him.
Utter, utter stupidity.
People said the same thing about James Rodriguez when we signed him although short lived thought he was the most creative player I've seen in a blue shirt since Alan Ball.Unfortunately things transpired to fk it all up Covid Ancelloti leaving and the appointment of fatso etc.I think pep g has ruined Grealish and every time I watched City especially last season I think he's ruining Haaland too.He can go half an hour running around without getting the ball.Grealish given the freedom can cause mayhem all over the pitch.Get him in asap.
