Top level football is so fluid these days anyway, it doesn’t matter if you’re an attacker starting on the right, left, or centre.

Most wingers these days no longer hug the touchine. It’s all about clever interplay and getting yourself in attacking areas.

If the two can find a way to play together that works then it’s genuinely very exciting stuff, and when Grealish leaves we’ll have an improved NDiyae for the next season

I don’t have any real concerns on this move from a footballing perspective

I really believe this team will be fun and solid this year. To get Europe they have to be better than a handful of teams they just aren’t better than yet.

And Grealish will help us do this, he is still a top player 29 is not too old, especially as it's for only one year, him and a fast right winger, we will be fun to watch and very competitive believe me.

The issue wasn’t paying out large sums, it was not having large income to pay for them. We have just saved a wedge of the wage bill for the forthcoming season.

The underlying PSR position is as favourable as it has been in a few years, we have increased revenue through the stadium and we have just sold the women’s team.

The money is obscene, but it is not a long term expenditure and I would imagine we have a little more financial scope this season to try and do the odd thing like this.
