They can both play left wing or attacking mid so what's wrong with having them both on doing just that. They can even swap around to mix things up a bit. Honestly mate, Grealish in no way has a negative effect on Ndiaye.

Because this deal is there to be done now. We know the Dibling deal has stalled to some degree, depending on who you believe, and we’ve had issues getting a RB over the line. We can’t control which deals get done first, we just do the ones we can and then get on with the next.

Because he is head and shoulders a better footballer than we have right now. Having Grealish, Ndiaye, KDH, McNeil, Alcaraz and Dibling competing for 3 spots behind Beto/Barry and also allowing us to change to a more attacking midfield 3 if we so wish is great for all concerned. Ndiaye and Grealish can play in the same team but also, crucially, Ndiaye needn’t be run into the ground because we don’t have options when he’s having a rest.

And then he takes his 12m and leaves to go somewhere else. If this was a free transfer at more reasonable wages it’s a different deal. On loan with us reportedly covering 250k a week is not it.
