New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Teething problems aside, It is marvellous that stadium.

Second half I forgot Everton's predictably inept play and just spent the last half hour gazing at the roof and the sheer 'kin sheerness of that blue wall.

It's an incredible interior and the position of it on the banks of the Mersey with those backdrops is staggering. Simply world class.

A stadium that deserves a Real Madrid or Bayern Munich in. It's utterly 'kin sensational.

Coming from you, that's some endorsement.

Really pleased to hear it has your seal of approval, Dave.

Dead right about the team that should play in it, too. We have a billion euro stadium and a ten cent team.

Feel sorry for anyone who’s got a season ticket in the west stand. 25 minute queue to get in, no escalators, beer was off in one of the resteraunts, queues for drinks/toilets were ridiculous, WiFi was non existent, and there was a leak in the roof. Feels like the non premium areas were just a second thought.

Can’t wait to see what the atmosphere is like. Do think it’ll need some organisation to begin with.
Strange, i was in the West stand and had no problems whatsoever, theres definitely at least one escalator and i used the lift also, got decent wi fi too

The stadium itself is fantastic, really beautiful.

I'd like to see more Everton related things throughout it which I imagine will come in time, such as murals and a bit of our history etc. Also more things to lean on or put your pint down in the concourse.

Also, not sure why the entrance side doesn't say Hill Dickinson stadium?

Walked from and too Lime st today - just over 30mins. Apart from the EDL or whatever they were marching on Hatton Garden it was fine. How was Sandhills for those who used it?
Comparing test 2 and today was night and day, had absolutely no issues and the whole barrier thing they set up didn't even need to be used. However I arrived a little later than I'd have liked, about 1.30pm so maybe it was busier at Sandhills before then

Haven't put that sign up yet. One to go on the side, too.
