New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

People will want to eat and drink by their seat, people aren't going to walk half way around the stadium at half time, around 246 it was absolute carnage n they've positioned 2 kiosks on opposite side of a bottle neck
It was literally a minutes walk, in the opposite direction to where everyone was heading & I found a bar with 3 people in front of me in the queue 🤷‍♂️
...I was in 235, so not too far from you!

Sat in the North Stand today and had a really pleasant walk up from the city with a coffee in hand — didn’t take long at all and set the tone nicely. Great to see so many extra fans turning out; you can only imagine the atmosphere once it’s competitive and there’s a full away following in the mix.

Treated myself to a rather expensive donut, chicken, chips and a Gianfranco Zola (premium venue, premium prices… hey ho), but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The stadium itself is incredible — proper wow factor — and it made for a brilliant day out with the family combining the footy and the city.

Thought the staff handled the stampede well, especially considering they’re new to the job. No complaints from me — they’ll only get sharper with time.

All in all, a cracking experience. Looking forward to the next one.

The free drinks in some areas was a bit of a disaster

. Group of people trying to get security to get some people chucked out who were doing no harm thrown out.

The stadium was brilliant, found our stone and also our pic in the mosaic (at the very top above Sharp's head! Not easy for me to see, being a shortass!).

Was delighted that my fears about Sandhills were unfounded (this time, anyway!). Superb both ways: I always did like that Rotheram chap...🤥
Sandhills was a breeze. Well organised, and we didn’t wait long at all.

Not bothered about the name, so long as the cash that they are paying is the best we could get from a naming rights deal, thats what getting a stadium sponsor is about.

Yea gate 2 was horrific, 25 minutes queue joined at 2:10

Joined at 2.30 and took about 45 mins. Disaster

Yeah, I went in that one, and was a nightmare. Something not right there, as most other gates appear to have been ok. It’s a test event, so hopefully has identified whatever problem it was, so they can put right.

My cousin was in that gate 2 queue. Queued from 2.10 and got in his seat at 3.15. An utter scandal. He was told that the signal for the scanners was at fault. He had a paper ticket and it wasn't picking up the bar code off it.

I had a QR code on my phone and it was taking forever to find the position on the scanner to turn it green, and the stewards there were 'kin useless telling me to stand aside and find a 'ticket officer'. Daft gets.

The stadium being stupendous made-up for it like.
