Thing is, Huyton Boys achievement in winning the English Schools Trophy in 1971 was magnificent for an area of so few schools. If that happens, the team has to have a truly top young footballer or two. I love a pedigree in footballers, good players on here, Reid on the front row;

….wowzy, don’t remember that but watched him breaking into the first team and earning England U21 caps. He had a terrific career in lower leagues and still playing now, always admired him.
