Does having your own concourse etc avoid the queuing elsewhere? Are you getting any other added convenience for your extra £, like less chaotic bogs etc? In terms of view I think they are great seats up there.

Nah queuing was horrendous.
The bogs were quiet like
View is great but its similar to mine last year but double.

I can’t think of many pre-season friendlies at Goodison that people would have described as atmospheric, so why would this be different?

But in reality, it’s going to take a while to build the atmosphere as there’s people in new places, with new groups, building new relationships.

We could do with having some proper footballers to watch. I'm sorry, but the Garners, McNeils, and Iroegbunams are never going to get people off their seats consistently...unless it is to throw bottles at them.

The ground is great and all that, but I'm certainly not getting any feeling of it being an intimidating place to come where the fans are 'on top of the pitch', etc. May very well just be because the football is sub-standard and so the fans have really not got anything to shout about.

Thought this the last two test events but thought might be because it’s hardly full. A modern stadium is never going to feel intimidating unless the fans are making it so

So the entire north side of the stadium doesn't have any turnstiles, it's just one massive queue leading to turnstile 1 on the water side (nobody going into that), 2 and then 3. I'm in 2. It's seriously poor.

Can't you go in any turnstile as long as you are on the right level ?

And if there’s several people in there at once, isn’t there a danger YOUR card is the one that gets charged for an armful of goods that someone else picks up? I don’t get it.

We had to get through 2 and had to wait in a line for 20 minutes.

Same as one of those shops by Wembley (think it might have been operated by Amazon).

Imagine it’s some kind of camera tracking you upon entry until exit.

It’ll be interesting to try this. I know at Goodison, we were supposed to have set turnstiles, but in fact any in the stand would let you in.

If it’s the same at BMD, I know where I’ll be going in.

They weren't letting us in to 1 or 3, only 2. The whole right hand side of the stadium has no turnstiles so the queue was the full length of it

Concourses at half time were no better than goodison. Couldn't move and massive queues for food/drinks/toilets.

"Through Pass" loads of people pushing through without scanning. Presumably somebody else has paid for their drinks/food.

No stewards in sight.

Stadium is magnificent but a few teething problems to iron out.

Yeah concourse was a joke. One bar in the lower North stand and an absolute bottleneck trying to get past it from blocks 21 and 20.

Other than that, everything else looked great.

Wow! That’s an absolute gridlock that. I can’t imagine how many minutes of match time people will miss. That has to improve for sure.
