That will likely fluctuate. I guarantee there are people who will have went down to the concourse today who will not normally do so.

The queues and confusion are not ideal, far from it, but it will improve significantly over the next couple of games.

Far more people than usual will be sampling the food etc, it’s a day that will never ever be repeated. Plus for many of the staff it’s their first proper day at work. I wouldn’t panic just yet that it’s a shambles. Unique circumstances. Will have to see over the coming weeks.
