Doing the 2 mile walk from Lime st rain or shine. Pub stops on the way. No such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing😂

No chance you’re doing that in November when we’ve lost at home to a promoted club 😂.

It will defo be carnage after the game, so my plan is to walk over to Moorefields. Probably still be busy on the train, but im thinking by the time you get to Moorefields, a couple of the more busier trains would have passed by. But that could be wishful thinking, as I'm thinking are the trains every 10 or 15 mins?

Totally agree with you though, it’s an amazing place and the club, including moshiri, deserve immense credit.

The vids over the time it was being built have been magical (cheers @Noggsy blue 💙), the previous test events were special for me to attend and now to today with a full house, Everton way, even the legends game (pienaar, Yakubu and Prince Oumar!) - it’s like I’m 6 or 7 again, just before my first ever game at Goodison.

Hopefully it’s the start of a sustained successful period for Everton and Evertonians - if there’s any fans in the world who deserve some proper “good times” it’s us.

I think today will be a bit misleading in terms of stress testing the train infrastructure. I can see arrivals being quite staggered and from an earlier time as lots of people try and suss out what they'll do on a proper match day. And with the legends match some people will get off before and during it to beat the rush.
