I would hazard a guess that amongst every City fan, whether they are willing to publicly admit it or not, would rather their success came as a result of a different owner and not via filthy Middle Eastern money, but they'll take the success and keep their genuine opinions to themselves as they'd still be crap and a nothing club without it.

I just think it's incredibly sad how football clubs not to mention other sports are allowing their clubs/sport to be sold like that for intolerant regimes to use to 'glamourise' their state or country. And worst is the genuine apathy to it all

This is a great point but clubs are forced to sell their souls now since Chelsea and Man City changed the whole dynamics with their ownerships. The PL would be much better with the Bundesliga rules on ownership

No I'm not messing. I despise the PL and the ownership model. To me winning with unlimited money and the club being used as a front for political reasons isn't something I could ever cheer on or get behind. And I wasn't a fan of being owned by Moshiri and Usmanov either so if we had bought trophies with their incredible resources it would of felt hollow to me
