New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I was at the match in Atlanta last week. In that stadium they keep prices low and focus on volume sales. $4 for a large coke with free refills, $5 a pint, $6 for a brisket melt sandwich (absolutely immense by the way). The thinking is that they will sell far more by keeping prices low because people will buy more. This was the case with us as we probably wouldn't have got a pint if it was $10 but we ended up buying 4 at $5, I wouldn't have gotten the brisket sandwich if it was say $15 either. Makes perfect sense and it was a breath of fresh air in this capitalist world.

OK, modern football prices if you prefer 🤷‍♂️

Fans: We want the club to be up there at the top again...

Also Fans: Why are pints not £3 like the Carlsburg in my local Working Men's Club... Rip off
Hasn't really helped so far has it.🤷‍♂️

Brisket sandwiches and Boddingtons will not result in fresh air in any world my good friend.

Maybe it's just me, but in all the many, many games I've been to over the years, and not just Everton games, only time I've ever took food to a game with me has been on away coach days with Marine. I've never bought food in a ground, and haven't bought a drink in quite a few years. It's very easy to sit through a football match without anything to eat or drink.

Not arsed, I'm there to watch the footy, and unless it involves a lengthy trip, I'll eat at home, or wherever, before and after I go.

Why we bothered about London prices which are mostly paid by people on expenses. Just been to 5star hotel in Tenerife and paid 4 euros for estrella and San Miguel. Awful pricing Everton will go the same way as many pubs with that pricing. Who is responsible for the pricing?
Would love to live in this fantasy version of London where things are mostly paid by people on expenses. Would have saved me a lot of money over the last 30 years

Many companies still pay a London levy as they understand living costs are usually higher in London. Its becoming less and less the case now, with many cities charging the same or similar to their London counterparts. Mulligans in Manchester for example is £7.50 for a Guinness.

Yeah I know that traditionally pay in London is higher but the idea that most people are drinking on expenses is not true at all. Maybe in certain areas like The City and Canary Wharf but not outside that.

Sorry, this wasn't me agreeing that people live on expenses in London. 👍
