True, still think Madueke and Garnacho are miles ahead in development and almost guaranteed to get you goals and assists. Dibling is like a £50 million kinder suprise.

It does make you wonder. I mean, Garnacho for all his faults has made an impact in the Premier League at a club in total dysfunction. He's also young. He plays for Argentina.

Would he not be on our radar if 50m is the going rate now for young wide players?

Not at that price 50 million ridiculous - I was impressed I would value him around 25 million with add ons if he performs well - its a hell of a risk plus the big teams would have signed him by now if he was that great - he looks good & thats it IMO ....

No, they don’t. National press and EFC end reporting has been highly speculative and all over the place but the Saints end has said they want £50+m all in from day one. In fact I laughed at two of their local press guys over a week ago saying no chance but they have not wavered. There is discussion on fixed vs add-ons etc. but the asking price for them is what it has always been.
