What’s the difference in place money per season?

I geniunely think someone like Grealish has the potential to be a 2/3 place difference in the league table on his own. It’d be worth it for that alone.

I like this framing in terms of roi or return on investment
each place is usually about 3m. so if his loan fee is 10-12m he needs to at least take us from 13th to 9th (breakeven)

still sounds expensive but this is just one part of the discussion,
Grealish would sell more shirts and tickets, bring more eyeballs for our sexy new brand of football
