Oh well in that case that must be 110% trueTeamtalk
Newcastle bought ElangaTalk of Newcastle and Spurs involved now?
Voldemort can sit this one out.Daniel Levy
Spurs have a few wideboys unless Frank doesn't fancy Johnson or they are going to stick him straight in the middle as a Maddison replacement, bit young/lack of experience for that just yet imo.Teamtalk
No one thinks that. They just pointed out why buying a player with premier league experience comes with a premium compared to a player who has only ever played in a weaker league. The premium is because there is less perceived risk. Fofana seems very expensive for someone who has average stats in the French league.Agree, we still seem to have this element of the fanbase that just wants to focus on PL players, its very small minded and we will never get value for money doing that, find it weird Id like a nice blend myself, different nationalities with different experiences from a variety of age groups.
Cope?Oh well in that case that must be 110% true
Why does anyone bother with these two bit sources…
Yeah the fee getting thrown around, for a club like us that's essentially a guarantee you will be a focal point of the side, at spurs or the barcodes it simply isn't.He'll want to play - the teams who could wade in for the fee quoted, already have really good wingers. He's be off his cake to go to a Spurs or Newcastle.
They're welcome to him if they want to pay a world record fee for a teenager, as Southampton are requesting. The lad might be decent, but he's not the best teenager in the world.Talk of Newcastle and Spurs involved now?

Newcastle could get desperate to do something - but they've just signed Elanga.
Apparently he can play more central too, but can't see it to the teams who could afford it.
I think Everton get it done.
So what, are our fanbase seriously still doing this outdated dinosaur "PL experience" crap? Seriously we are a club that has done it too death and its gotten us NOWHERE (that includes the first time Moyes was here) People really need to open their minds a bit, also they need to stop judging players just on the goals and assists columns, I mean its 2025 ffs judging a player just on goals and assists died out with Allardyce and ProZone, there is a bit more detail to it these days.
