Always a worry but as of this right now we are the only ones in and he’s requesting a transfer so he’s requesting it specifically to come to us. I think that’s a positive sign.

Also feel like the price being as high as it is kinda works in our favour on that front, it’s more money than anyone is going to drop on a last minute whim so we’ve probably priced out a lot of competition.
