Realistically we are going to be a counerattacking team for some time yet. Grealish is better suited to a possession based team, unfortunately like city.
We need someone on the right flank, with pace, directness and goals.
( They are not Grealish's characteristics)

Not sure tbh. Grealish was at his best at Villa when they were a team who hit hard on the counter.. he’s regressed at City due to the slow pace tiki taka game.. question is has he still got the swashbuckler still in him?

Why would Grealish come here apart from locality ? He walks into most top sides most of which will have European football ?
