It was Blackburn but I see your point.

What we know about Mr Nut is he either works at Spire or knows someone who works there.

So for him to be right about Dion Floppy, that would mean he had to have been booked in for a medical at the start of July when he made the post? Which he wasn't.

I think if this is real, Moyes put the brakes on the transfer for AFCON reasons a few weeks back. I remember him talking in a fair amount of detail at a press conference recently about the difficulties of dealing with AFCON and the importance of weighing up transfers as a result. My theory is DION was on around the time of Toffeenuts’ post, Moyes held it up and asked for alternatives, the alternatives fell through, so now we're back at the table.
