It's clear we are very interested because there's been too much talk of this for 4 or 5 weeks.

Actually agreeing a deal for a player like Grealish is going to be incredibly hard. I criticise the recruitment team awful for not closing deals - and I think it's often fair. But this is definitely a deal where it won't be easy to complete.
