Seems to have all the arritibutes needed to be given the number 9 shirt. He looked very direct and his dribbling style was kind of unconventional and a bit leggy

You can bring any Everton player from the mid 90s onwards to me and I'll tell you what I think. Best player I've ever seen is kancheskis..probably followed by Cahill. And Distin and Howard were bang average. And jagielka was massively underratedLanguage, mate. Never said he isn't good, he just does not play like Thierry Henry. You yourself admitted to not liking football and rarely watching it so your confidence in your scouting abilities seems quite dubious...
I said in my original posts that his goalscoring don't look that goodSeems to have all the arritibutes needed to be given the number 9 shirt.
Unfortunately people have short memories
Up until 2012/13 we were the 4th most successful club in the country, then Chelsea with their billionaire owner and Man City with their Arab owner bought success and eventually overtook us
We are the literal definition of a sleeping giant club
More like plan Z if we are considering Sterling on loan.Plan B - grealish and Sterling on loan
Spend the 40 mil on a rolls royce centre mid instead
More like the literal definition of perennial relegation candidates.Unfortunately people have short memories

I agree that there is different levels. But I bet if branthwaite left, there would be load of comments talking him down (depending on which club he went to).I wouldn't compare Branthwaite with Gordon. JB was a starter, and as quoted a "Rolls Royce". He's got pace, strength and also finds the goal which is amazing for a CB.
Gordon wasn't, can't remember but I think his only meaningful goal was a deflection against United? Refused to train to force a sale too.

We should be going nowhere near him.
Sterling is poor and has been for some time…. 30+…. Would not bother being here…….Sterling is so superior to Grealish but was hugely disappointing at Arsenal last season, it’d be a leap of faith if he’s still has the hunger to play. What a player Sterling has been.
Sterling checked out before he left City.….Sterling is so superior to Grealish but was hugely disappointing at Arsenal last season, it’d be a leap of faith if he’s still has the hunger to play. What a player Sterling has been.
Prime Sterling against Prime Grealish , I'd agree Eggs.….Sterling is so superior to Grealish but was hugely disappointing at Arsenal last season, it’d be a leap of faith if he’s still has the hunger to play. What a player Sterling has been.

However Sterling's form , desire and / or fitness has dropped off the edge of a cliff.
Grealish , on the other hand seems to have had all the flair and ability to go past a defender coached out of him.
