We need to talk about Wales....

Abersoch and Aberdaron are nice little places too which are close by
Anyone going to Aberdaron when the weather's a bit lively should pop into the Ty Newydd pub / restaurant right on the water's edge. Have a coffee out the back where the sea smashes against the back of the building's balcony area, a place for the soul to rest for a while and forget about life's ultimately insignificant problems.

🤔

Gonna jump into this topic as a welshman with my views:

Wales pros

Flag is world class
National anthem is world class
If you find yourself on a beach anywhere on the west coast and it's a hot day then there's nowhere better. Bonus points if there's a pub too
Slate is class
Having our own language is class

Wales cons

We seem scared of having our own identity
20 mph speed limit is infuriatingly stupid
Economy could be good but is rubbish
Mountains are barren and everyone bends over for sheep farmers
Takes you 4 hours to get anywhere because there's no motorway up the middle
