Doesn't make him worth what they want. He’s one of the few players that hasn’t turned us down.

Yeah I don't think we will bite on that. Something tells me they are taking the piss and will eventually decide between one or the other. We would be goobers to take that. It's the sell on percentage taking this into piss take territory.
We named our price for Branthwaite and stood firm. We didn't try to have our cake and eat it too by sticking a sell on fee on top.
You either get paid over the odds when you sell him or you hedge your bets and take a lower fee now in the hopes of a big sell on.
Someone really needs to lay out an argument why we should be paying over 40 million for a 19 year old with half a season of top flight footy and only 2 senior goals to his name.
This is one of the most mental deals I've ever seen us involved in.
The lad doesn't even have enough senior highlights to make a tiktok out of it.
Is he actually employed by the club in any capacity, find it unbelievable as an agent that he is allowed to hover about in the background and mingle with players/staff.The whole family will be on the gravy train, dont worry about Kenny.
I’d rather you didn’t if I’m honest mate.shall i entertain her mate?
i dont mind.

If we make a profit then he’s been a success. He will also have been one of the first we have signed for big money to do that in the last 10-15 years.I don’t think the sell on fee is as big an issue as we are making it on here .
It’s only25% on any profit we make on the sale.
I don’t think that should prevent a sale .
We would still make a profit .
