Since several is mostly used to refer to 3-5(see source), Moyes has changed absolutely nothing about his stance and hes saying the same thing he did weeks ago. After Travers signing he said we need 4-6 players. A math wiz might notice this is only 1 more than "several". A transfer guru might have noticed we signed a player, Aznou.
If the math wiz and the transfer guru have a chat they will discover that if Moyes is being consistent from a month ago, we now need several signings, which is what he said.
