Leicester fans seem pretty neutral about him

“Chelsea are a top 4 team on paper, KDH is good enough to play for a top 8 team the likes of Brighton / Newcastle if they were interested would be a good fit.”

“To be fair to him, he clearly didn't want to leave, but it was the best for the club.”

“He was a key player for us, look how [Poor language removed] our midfield has been this season.. having someone like KDH would make a massive difference imo.. it would be more of a gamble signing any other player.”

You will all be raving about him by Oct. He’s a really good player and will excite Evertonians.
Agree.. mainly because the bar is so low, but seeing him beat a man and play some through balls to our strikers will get us all giddy quite quickly… which in turn will give the player more confidence.. there’s a strong chance this works out for us all.

So looking at the stats earlier, his defensive game is very below par but offensively good. Are we suggesting he's our no.10 who's gonna work hard to drop into centre mid when we are defending? Or is he going to be narrow right winger?

At Leicester he was a box to box midfielder wasn't he? Played that the year they went down as they benched Tielemans for spells that season. Then when he and Maddison left after relegation he played more as AM in championship and scored 12 goals.

Don't think Leicester would've been as bad last season if he'd stayed on.

I think this is a decent signing. He'll probably alternate between 8 and AM depending on formations and will likely replace Garner who'll be rotation cover and probably play some games on the right given the continual state of that side.

As much as I like Tim too many injuries last year so can't be relying on him to be involved in 40 games.

I think a lot of the indifference shown towards him from some Leicester fans stems from the fact that he was one of the players they looked to (similar to Maddison and Vardy) who they felt should've been pulling them away from danger in 2022/23 when they went down. He was superb for them in the Championship under Maresca, who then took him to Chelsea for £30m as he obviously trusted him to be a consistent performer in his first season there.

When a decision is made it’s just a decision, neither good nor bad. Time reveals whether it is good or bad.
Extreme example but if I put my entire savings on a roulette number do we need to know where the ball lands to know that was a bad decision? Does it become a good decision if I win?

Sports decision making is all a game. You can make bad ones and win anyway sometimes.

Apparently he had a massive engine and is great at leading a press.
