They must think it is.

Probably less of a gamble than to bring someone in who has no PL experience at all like the lad Sunderland have signed who Zat has hung his hat on.

You need a balance.

To just bring in a load of players with zero PL experience is a bit of a gamble. So mix it up, with players like this and Dibling.

PL experience is incredibly overrated. It’s football.
