Some of fans are starting to sound like kopite Rotherham, like the stadium has just appeared.
Did Everton, or the council tell you where you could park around Goodison? More than likely you have found your own specs. It’s the same for BMD.
If you are still worried about where to park, you have only got yourself to blame.

If that's the attitude of the club then good luck filling the stadium over the next 10 years. My biggest issue is that car parks seem to be about a 30 minute walk from the stadium. I hope the park and ride/other buses work well.

I'm expecting a range of carparks in the industrial areas within 10 minutes walk or less to spring up almost immediately.

I won’t be driving but know of at least 2 car parks within a 5 minute walk.

Happy to hear that's the case. I think everyone expects problems over the first few months but hopefully they get sorted out.

My biggest worry has always been that the transport issues is what lets the new ground down. We don't want to see terrible attendances on winter nights as a consequence of it.
