What specifcally worries you about Myko ?
He gets caught out multiple times a game regularly and except for that freak Leicester goal, he seems to have a similar ability going forward as Tony Hibbert.

But Hibbert was a far better defensive full back.

For me, hed be a great backup LB. There are some games where he looks excellent defensively but to be a good player in the PL you need to be consistently good and I don't think he is.

I think we must be watching different players. He’s not Baines or Digne and that for some, me included means he's not all that but defensively he's pretty solid.

We're absolutely desperate to get a RB in who can go past his opposite number and swing crosses in.

O'Brien is solid defensively but he doesn't have it in his armoury to do both sides of the game. He was hesitant in attack and it didn't work for him today. Crosses went about about chest height.

The lad at LB he was playing against, Angelino, was excellent I thought.

I think Dibling is being brought in for multiple reasons but one is to free the likes of O'brien up to get forward I would think. I am much more concerned about the left side with Myko offensively to be honest.

He's also prone to injuries it would appear.

Hopefully the new lad come in and does a jib.

Got a really good engine on him hasn’t he. Shame he’s not got a lot in terms of end product but he gets in to some really good attacking positions on that right hand side and is always in space. If he could improve his output a little bit I’d argue we don’t need a first choice right back.

Dislike strongly centre backs at full back. They don’t have the crossing technique it really nullifies our attack not having one full back who can overlap and support the wingers

Has a great engine, is obviously very competent as a defensive full back and more than willing to run up and down the pitch…but in those key positions where a full back needs to delivery a quality cross consistently, it’s not there.

and that’s not to have a dig at all, I love Jake and know he’s a great player for us, he’s deceptively very comfortable on the ball for a big lad. But he’s very much a CB playing RB. A ‘proper RB’ is still needed, along with a RW.

Right now we have a CB and an assortment of ‘can cover RW’ players on that side - no wonder we don’t score many.

Im content with him at RB. But its a safety content more than anything. Theres not many good sides down the years who havent had good attacking fullbacks.
We've been treading water with this fullback thing for a long time now.

Agree with all the sentiments about O'Brien above - he is very solid, willing to get forward and we wont get caught out of shape too much if he's at RB.

However, I fear Moyes will use all that to not get a RB in. He'll know JOB is an established first team player now and if he does bring a starting RB in then there's no realistic starting place for him at CB until an injury/suspension to Branthwaite or Tarkowski.

I could see that playing on Moyes mind, and he may sacrifice width on the right flank to find a starting spot for O'Brien. I fear he's already made that decision, and it makes no sense for us as a team that needs to find a way through and around defences urgently.

My view too. We really need a pacey right winger to be signed to play in front of him.
