Is the squad weaker than Wolves? Not sure on that. Wolves seem to be doing what they did last summer, signing randoms and not properly replacing their left hand side of Ait-Nouri/Cunha which was obviously very good.

I also think one injury to Bowen and West Ham are going to struggle to win many games at all.

Add in Brentford who have lost Frank, Mbuemo, Norgaard and imminently Wissa all in one window.

I'm surprised if anyone thinks this club is in serious danger of going down. Last two years it has been one point from first five games and stayed up comfortably under a far worse manager.

It is also worth remembering that half the prem is in europe this season, that will stretch Palace and Forest squads to the max having at least eight Thursday-Sunday turnarounds. Would be good to play those two after European jaunts.
