Season tickets arrived but people can’t download on Android any tips?

Noticed the small print about anyone having genuine difficulty surrounding digital technology to contact the club with a view to a physical card being issued.
Interesting.

That should have always been the starting position, if you want a card you pay a little extra and get one, like we always have been able to, simple.

Yes, that's my viewpoint exactly I opted for a card when the club started a push on digital. These new owners want to maximise revenue so now have control of tickets that are not being used by the holders. Now if I need to transfer my ticket if I can't attend i need to go through the resale process and any money less administration fee is held by the club as credit towards my next ticket come renewal.

Sorry if this has already been answered, but is it possible to download your own season ticket to 2 separate phones / wallets?

Me and my dad get to most games but I’m thinking of buying a burner phone to put both our STs on that we can give to family members coming with us if one of us can’t make it.

Ideally we’d just have that to use when either of us aren’t going and we’d have our tickets on our actual phones if that makes sense.

My son managed to download my tickets by loading the Google wallet onto my Android. I probably would not have managed it because I had never heard of the Google wallet before. All is well I hope, at least until I try it at the turnstile at BMD.

I forwarded the original email to my wife and downloaded my ticket from the link to the apple wallet on her phone , just to see if was possible and it didn’t seem to cause a problem with my wallet. I deleted it from hers in case she legged it to the Brighton game and got in before me .

So we've both got them now, handy if something happens with one of our phones

Done this before with Springsteen concert and wasn't an issue, both used our own phone after he forwarded them to me

I’m not sure to be honest mate as our season tickets have always been sent separately to our own personal emails but both Roma tickets got sent to my Dad’s email only.
