I don’t totally agree with the overriding preoccupation with ‘pace ‘ .
I rate a player with football intelligence allied with good technical ability far more highly . A player who can see and deliver a defence splitting pass is far more valuable than a sprinter .
Thought and a well struck ball travel further faster than the speediest player .

That's fair. I don't think it's fair to dismiss criticism because a player is 19- especially when said critique admits that they are open to being wrong and the player has strengths. My point stands. He is not a player we should be looking for imo. I think it could end up being a mistake. I think we will sign him so I wish him the best. I am not dismissing him as a player.
