Cool, so we have 80 mil
For Wingers and, despite fans fume, and Moyes melt down, we are just going to bid randomly over the course of the window for wingers of differing s sales of ability and status

Mate….
We haven't randomly bid though. We've clearly worked through a list of targets. Failing to get your first choice then moving down a list isn't random, it's systematic (possibly to a fault in this instance).

Anyway, I'm not going to keep feeding your neurosis. You said we have no strategy, we clearly do, even if we haven't signed enough players.

We haven't casually switched though have we. We've clearly, in that time, been trying to sign Doak, Kubo, Bakayoko. Have we declared our interest in Fonana over? It would appear that we're waiting on players to make decisions about joining us and keeping our options open - which also implies a strategy.
From the strong links we’ve seen (Doak, kubo, Fofana, mcatee, dibling, diao, conceicao) it seems fairly obvious that we want a young, direct, wide player who is particularly strong at carrying the ball forward. It seems that our budget is somewhere around the £30m mark. As strategies go, it’s hard to think of a more clearly obvious one I think.

Yep, but, as I’ve said, we either have 80 mil-ish for both wings or we have no plan for the dswusd shape next year as we are bidding on players with completely different skill sets
I said early on, I think TFG will back us financially as long as the targets meet a log term plan, lower wages, high potential

He's got a lot of talent. It depends on whether the recruitment team think the fee is reasonable. It's a lot of money, but you would also hope his value increases over time.
