Yeah thought that trying to get it sorted for my dad i havent done it atm. Just guessed be alot of steps to get it, feel like alot will get rejected

Yeah also never had him on the digital side all has come off my card ect. Just kno not always going to be able to go the game with work. Hopefully does going to do it tonorow

No its not a QR code, its like your contactless card.

You need to be a member for them to send it to, unless its corporate in which case you don't need to be a member.

I'm a member and got tickets for the Roma game though I can't now go, I sent the email to a friend and he's downloaded the tickets to his Google wallet, successfully it seems. Do you think this will be a problem then?

It’s a little bit opaque, isn’t it?

I also want to know how this stuff works:

Members will also have the option to declare if they wish to be considered for alternative price bands/seating areas should they be unsuccessful in the ballot for their two preferred options.

Presumably there’s an algorithm that attempts to please as many customers as possible, tessellating requests within rows.

It must do this on a stand-by-stand basis, but I wonder if it means that you’d only be considered for another section if there weren’t enough people requesting that section in the first place to fill it.

I doubt we’re going to get a full technical breakdown on how it works, so we’ll be left to puzzle out the details amongst ourselves!
